Terrence M. Bennett Partner
Mr. Bennett practices corporate and commercial real estate law. Before joining LLF, he was a partner in Bennett & Samios, LLP and an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. He received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany, an M.A. in English from the University of Virginia and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Mr. Bennett represents clients in purchases and sales of businesses, in equity and bank financings, and in buying, selling, leasing and financing commercial real estate. In addition to his transactional work, he also represents businesses in all aspects of their ongoing operations. Many of his clients have been in business for decades, while others are start-ups. Although he represents businesses engaged in a broad array of activities, many of his clients are active in technology-related areas, including renewable energy, software development, VOIP telecommunications, avionics and space exploration. Mr. Bennett is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association. Foreign language: French.
