Mary Ann Doyle Counsel

Mary Ann Doyle joined LLFW as counsel in 2005. Ms. Doyle practiced complex commercial litigation for 11 years at Debevoise & Plimpton and has a broad range of experience in civil litigation, including antitrust, securities, insurance sales practices, intellectual property, banking, employment, bankruptcy, civil rights and ERISA. She has defended Fortune 500 companies in nationwide class action litigations involving claims of fraud, age discrimination, ERISA and securities violations as well as having litigated on behalf of individual pro bono clients. Additionally, Ms. Doyle has supervised internal regulatory and compliance investigations and has counseled clients on intellectual property, employment and antitrust matters. After Debevoise, she continued her pro bono work at Children's Rights, a not for profit legal services organization dedicated to protecting victims of child abuse and neglect by holding government-run child welfare agencies accountable for their legal obligations to children in foster care.

Before joining Debevoise, Ms. Doyle served as law clerk to the late Hon. Inzer B. Wyatt, United States District Judge in the Southern District of New York. Ms. Doyle received her law degree cum laude from Fordham University School of Law and graduated with honors from Trinity College. Ms. Doyle is a member of the New York City Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
