Steven B. Feigenbaum
Steven has been a partner of LLF since he joined the firm in January 1995, shortly after it was founded. Before joining LLF, Steven had practiced at Proskauer Rose LLP, where he litigated a wide range of commercial cases. Steven is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. Steven graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
Steven is a highly experienced commercial litigator whose practice spans numerous subject areas. Among the areas in which he concentrates are securities, real estate, ERISA and other labor litigations, insurance, accountants’ liability, construction, banking, and general breach of contract disputes. Steven has tried commercial cases in New York federal and state courts and elsewhere in the country and has argued a variety of appeals in multiple federal and state appellate courts. Steven also has extensive experience in arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, particularly in the areas of ERISA, construction and securities.
Steven is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he has served on the Committees on International Law and International Arms Control and Securities Affairs and is currently serving on the Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution.
